Prescot Medical Centre is housed in the Prescot Resource Centre. We are a training practice responsible for training GPs, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students.  Our opening hours are 8.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday - Friday and until 8.00 pm on a Tuesday.  Please note we will close on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm instead of 8:00 pm until further notice.

Please Note: our practice is open Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:30 and that only during this time should the e-Consult be used.

Please Note: before you use the Consult our doctors online service, please read the information below:
How photos can be uploaded for some conditions using e-Consult : Skin, Mouth, Eye conditions as well as uploading BP readings

Patient to select – "I want help for my condition" – answer a few questions then you will see an option to upload a photo.

If patient selects "I want general advice" or "I want admin advice" there is no option to upload a photo.

Telephone Repeat Prescription Information

We are no longer accepting repeat prescriptions over the telephone, there is a new prescription box in the foyer by the car park to put your requests. Please allow 48 hours for the surgery to process your prescription.
